Elavon MobileMerchant caters to businesses of all sizes that require mobility in their transaction processes. For those capturing customer card data while on the move, this tool can effectively reduce processing times and operational costs, potentially enhancing the customer payment experience. Additionally, it serves as a supplementary payment option during high-traffic periods at physical locations, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional dedicated terminals.

The platform is suitable for diverse sectors, including transportation and taxis, service providers, trade show vendors, mobile food vendors, beauty and hair professionals, delivery companies, professional services, retail establishments, and others.

Equipped with a payment app and Bluetooth-enabled card reader, MobileMerchant supports Chip and PIN transactions in real-time. Access requires an active Elavon customer account and a PIN entry device. Currently, the service is available to businesses operating within the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, and Germany.

Setup is designed to be straightforward:

<li>Open a customer account with Elavon and acquire the PIN pad (note that there is an associated setup cost). For new accounts, follow the link provided at the bottom of the page.</li>
<li>Download the free Elavon MobileMerchant App.</li>
<li>Receive your PIN pad once your customer account is established.</li>
<li>Follow the provided setup instructions to begin processing secure payments in any location.</li>
